1989 dealer plate...anyone running with one from there state??? Buddy of mine has it was thinking of asking him to donate it to the tta:WOOT:
 
I was running this manufacturer plate


But I think this year I will switch between the manufacturer and this one I got on eBay
 
Thanks! I have a search on eBay for all 1989 Illinois plates, it emails me when there are any new listings. I have a Duquoin street machine nationals plates for 87, 88 and 93 too. My buddy has the 87 on his GN, the 88 was on my lowered Jimmy, and I'm saving the 93 for my dad's camaro when its old enough
 
only rear lic plates in sc... I do run a texas lic -plate on the front of my cop Tahoe

Illinois requires a front plate, but there are no holes in my bumper, so I guess I can't run one!
 
yes no front holes in any of my cars .. I hate the look .. when I ordered my ,06 tbss I told them if the put a front lic plate holder on it I wouldn't buy it!
 
Yes Illionis requires one........but the no holes dosent cut it. Now I dont see anyone giving you a ticket in the TTA......but who knows
 
I haven't run a front plate on any of my cars for probably 10 years now. It ruins the look of the front. I was pulled over once in my daily, and they just said get one. I'm not a kid in a flashy car anymore, so I'm a firm believer that as long as you don't drive like a jackass, you'll be fine. If I did get caught driving "enthusiastically" though, I'm sure they'd throw that ticket in for good measure!
