are all 200r4 torque converters the same?

what I'm saying is..say you get a tc made at a shop for a 200r4.. say 10inch 26-2800 stall. would it be fine in our cars or is there a difference in the tc for the ttas?

No difference....in fact I believe 200R and 700R converters are the same as well.
