Blown Head Gasket

Hi Guys I know this questions probably has been asked many times but what is the best head gasket to get for our cars. Also which ARP bolts do I need to get? Are the TTA and GN the same head gasket I know the heads are different but are the seals as well?

I would use rjc racing or a cometic head gasket. Some guys here also like the felpro.

Ok, I will cover the Arp Headbolts. I was down this time last year with blown headgaskets and these are the Arp bolts and washers I used. Ordered them from Summit on line and they were drop shipped from several warehouses in the U.S.

1. Arp-Hap4500-5 total needed 4.

2. Arp-Hap3450-5 total needed 4.

3. Arp-Hap2400-5 total needed 8.

4. Washers Arp-200-8509 total needed 16.

As far as the head gaskets go I went with the Felpros like Joe said.

I have used remflex, I have used hight temp silicone,I have made my own with some material from Percey's. I have milled the flanges and retorqued them.

These are the only ones that worked under severe use.BUT do not overtighten them as the instructions say.
