Boost gauge fix

My stock boost gauge doesn't work I know it works of the map sensor but what should I look for to diagnose it

Check the vacuum line going from the map to the gauge for a leak.... usually the culprit

I gave up on trying to fix mine, they are not accurate worth a damn anyhow, just buy one... (aftermarket)

My stock boost gauge isn't working either. I have one on my pillar that does work, bit I like all my stuff to work.
I know where the vacuum line comes into the MAP, but I thought the gauge worked off of two wires that go to my dash turbo gauge. I did not think the vacuum line ran to the back of the original boost gauge?
Can someone please clear this up for me and how to diagnose and fix?
I did an ohm test and one of the wires on the MAP get 5 ohms.

This Autometer carbon almost perfectly matched the stock gauges lines, font, color and light. I used their gauge pillar pod too.

It's just as well it doesn't work, its not accurate anyhow and that is one thing you don't want to be guessing at.
