Bought a nice used car...

I bought a 1986 WH1 Designer Series T Type. This is my dream Buick.

Two Tone is so sharp! Paint is good and shiny. Motor was rebuilt.

Bilstein's on all 4 corners...Digital dash...

Only 463 WH1's made in 1986 and Intercooled.

Nice driver that I can take to the shows.

In storage till April!

I'm pretty sure the WE1 wheels are the same as the WE4 wheels.

My buddy used to have a Designer Series quite a while back that he used as his daily driver. Had another friend with a WE4. Both cars had quite a few miles and were eventually sold for parts.

Those are sharp cars! A buddy of mine took his WH1 on the Hot Rod Power Tour this year, but had a near catostrophic crash just a few hundred miles out, was ran off the road and into a field with it. Just some minor damage to the front facia and fender and took off an air damn. Once fixed he just sold it about a month ago. I wish I had the space I would have bought it from him as I love those cars.

Congrats, and that's a very nice looking WH1 and I'm jealous..lol. I miss my turbo Buicks..just hasn't been the same without them.

Thanks. Always wanted since BPG in '06..lol It's very tough to find a WH1 locally. Didn't want to travel across country to get one.
Seller is terrific and made me a deal I couldn't refuse.

Your welcome Joe. WH1 cars are hard to find no matter where you are located. It's been quite a few years since I last saw one in this area. Heck, it's rare to see a turbo Buick or TTA around here. Most are hidden away in garages and rarely see the light of day.

I had a 1985 without T-Tops that looked just like that back in the late 80's. Man I miss that car. The original wheels had a TON of spokes that were a pain to clean. That I do remember. Good luck with it....it's a great looking car.
