Chip location??

I know, pathetic question.... but can someone tell me where the computer is located so I can install my new chip? I have a GN, so immediately "assumed" it was in the same spot, and low and behold.... it's not!

The ecm is located under the dash on the passenger side. There are three or four 7mm bolts holding the plastic pannel up under the dash. Take those out and the plastic piece will come down, be careful the light bulb wire will still be attached to the plastic panel. Then the ecm is mounted up behind the dash by two more bolts. It is easiest to unplug the two big wire harness's before unbolting the ecm.

Thanks Jared!! That was my next question..... how do I get to it. I just found it by doing the first half of what you said... and the little light came in handy for seeing the ecm. It looks like there are 4 screws holding it up.... 2 on each side? I'm gonna look more after taking out the wire harnesses like you said..... thanks!!!
