Clay bar

Today I bought Clay Bar for my car. I did not feel safe rubbing my paint with the clay at first. I did a small section of my car at first. The stuff is amazing. I finished my whole car after about 2 hours. The paint feels as smooth as ice. I am very happy with the results. i bought the Mothers brand.

Dave, My knowledge is you are not removing any paint. Just removing the crud that is stuck to the clear coat. Sur comes out nice.
My rear bumper had small black specks of road tar on it. They are gone off my bumper.

I did mine this last weekend. I am really happy with the results. Does anyone know how much paint gets removed everytime a clay bar is used?
