thanks! It was just one of those deals where I happened to be in the right place at the right time (with the right car). They had planned on doing an anniversary car shootout but I was told they had trouble rounding up some of the other models so they were just going to do a different type of shootout. Just FYI, I ran a 12.51@111 a couple weeks ago at the Pontiac Uprising in Ark city, KS with the same exact setup and then I found out the humidity was 67% which means I can pull some better times out of it with better air! I'm stoked for the upcoming local Buick vs. Ford event, Hoping for a mid 12.4 or possibly better! Maybe someday I'll get my hardtop motor built and try to get a real quick car. I just don't want to do a whole lot of stuff to my t-top car being it has reasonably low mileage and is in good shape. the hardtop has 183k and needs paint in a few spots so I'm not too worried about running it.
