Decal removal?

Looking hard at a nice tta with 17k miles. I do not like the pace car decals on doors. It I remove will I be able to buff that area out or will the outline always be there? Any help will be great. Thanks

my car had its original door decals removed when i bought it.....at a certain angel, up close you can SEE where they once were. the decal adhesive will "bite" into the paint over time...a light wet sand & polish will help....most people will never see it......

I like them with an without . Im sure the paint has a certain fade to it being on it all these yrs
