Door Decal Placement

I just got a set of door decals and was wondering if there is a certain spot they are to be placed on the door?

here's a PM I sent someone with measurements from my car:

Mine measured 1 1/8" from the door guard to the bottom of the decal and 10 1/2" from the backside of the door to the outermost part of the curve of the O or the R depending on the side. To be honest just making sure they're level and look kind of centered they'll look fine. I don't think anyone really followed the template that closely so I doubt they're all that close. Hope that helps some, if you have any more questions if you pm me before tomorrow around noon I can look, but after that I'll be gone for about a week and half so I won't be able to look at the car.

I was messing with the decal to find what I thought looked good and I was pretty close to the #s you gave. I just wasnt sure if there was a specific template like the fender emblems have.


Now to strip the wax and apply the decal :dirol:

heres what i PM'd a guy. i dunno if theyll help much but if they will, here ya go.

from the front of the door to the leftmost side of the O in official measures 5.75", the top of the 7 in 73rd measures 6.25"

from the trim to the bottom of the lower row of decals, 1.75"

from the back of the door to the decal furthest right, 11.3"

from the top of the door to the top edge of the decals, 6.75"
