E85

Just tossing around an Idea with another car buddy. How difficult would it be to convert the TTA to E85? He wants to do it with his '78 T/A, and I got to thinking about doing it with my TTA. Wouldn't it just be a reprogrammed chip, plugs and injectors? Think about it, E85 is a dollar less, burns cleaner and I think would reduce detonation as well? Just a little reduction in mpg, but I don't drive it that much to wory about it.:eam:

do a search, we had a pretty good thread on it at one time. Technically you should upgrade your fuel lines, injectors, and chip but I'd run it with the stock fuel lines if it were me. I've been kicking around the idea also since my chip was made for 100 octane and I don't want to run it anymore so I'd have to upgrade my injectors.

There are a lot of guys on that forum that have a ton of experience and could give you their results!
