Engine # question

Can anybody confirm just where the engine number is on the 89TTA please.??
Had the thing for a decade and never licensed it.. now need to and can't find the damn number for love of searching...

See diagram ... however with dirt, oil and possibly rust on that pad it might be hard to see ... last 6 or so of VIN on there.
