Engine update part 2

Ok I know all you guys are at home wondering how my progress is coming.....so here's a photo of parts for powdercoat. Black will be 60 percent gloss and the others parts will be silver. Only one valve cover because I had them done prior but my wrench slipped off and scratched it.....they said about a week or so before done.

And these are off getting ceramic coated. I hope titanium will look good with black block and silver intake and valve covers...

Looks nice! What color does the titanium look like? And where are you getting the parts done?

Will look great when you get it all back and start putting it all together (which is the fun part).

Make sure they don't loose any of those smaller brackets; hard to find replacements if they do.

I take it you powdercoat other bits as the engine lift bracket, pulleys etc as well?

Post some pictures when you get it all back all shiney

My powder coating is done at Fox Valley coatings in yorkville. They don't have ceramic so those parts are being done at powder coating unlimited in Bloomington....could of had it all done in Bloomington but fox valley coatings does good work

The titanium is actually called turbo gray. Thought that was fitting. I would say it's like a charcoal or slate gray. You gotta have numerous shops near Romeoville right?
