engraved date on intercooler?

I was reading the older post about the festival calr post I did a few weeks ago and Jan had replied stating production began in Dec of 1989. With This I remembered when I had my intercooler out I saw this date engraved, anyone else discovered theres?

I stripped my IC when I repainted it and saw the engravings on there, should be a thread on here somewhere from 2005 or so
