Most of us feel the same way. I poke my head in my garage atleast twice a day. My favorite ride still to date. Regardless of all high priced cars out there.

How many miles? Very clean. Any mods?

102 original miles.... just like it came from the factory inside and out. Freaky sitting inside a car thats 18 years old and still smells new.

Congrats to the new owner!
And thanks for the photos.
We usually have to ask. ;)

Do you plan to drive it? Recently there was a thread concerning my question.
Congrats again!

I noticed that thread.............

Im torn between either side  One part of me says go ahead and drive it....I mean its something Im proud of owning and what better way to show her off........The other side says yer friggin crazy for even thinking about driving something thats been so well preserved.

Theres no way I can afford another higher mileage car for crusin in so I think this is going to be it................mabey:crazy:

Ive got lots of pics...no need to ask

Im going to look into getting that from PHS but from what Ive kinda read that might be a shot in the dark now. Im going to give it a try as it cant hurt but is there any other avenue for me in regards to finding the buid#?
Ive got some documentation for the car but couldnt seem to find anything that specified what the build# was...Can some one post a pic of what it is I should be looking for?

NOW I'm jealous - 102 miles! Makes my 1,200 mile TTA look used by comparison ... Personally, I think it's silly to buy something like that and put miles on it. You pay a premium price, and you're sitting on a great investment. If I want a TTA to drive, I'll buy one with some miles and let her rip. But it's your car - Just don't go selling it for less than it's worth and ruining the market for the rest of us low-mileage nuts :-)

Mike

Well, mine has 83,000 miles on it and i have driven it in rain, snow and ice. This should increase the value of the low mileage cars, shouldn't it?

Sweet ride. Drive it. Life is short. No one will know the differnece in a million years anyway. Everything willl be star dust by then.

Mike,
Is that your car on ebay that is a 25,100 bid right now?

Nice car! I would not drive it. I have a very hard time driving my Cloth/Hardtop car and it has 4K miles on it.

Im sure the votes to not drive it will be more than the votes to drive it but I dont have what it takes to let her sit :o

Dave, yes. But I'd be telling a lie if I said I was really interested in selling it. The other two I have on there right now I'd be okay with parting with, but the TTA still has a spot reserved for the next few years.

If the money was right on the TTA, I'd do it. But I don't think it's there yet, and I'd like to test the waters a bit. I'm wanting to buy another TTA with some miles on it too - It's killing me not driving this one!

I'm have always been torn by this delima also. My TTA has 1865 miles on it.

So I take both sides: I put about 15 miles on it every month.

This should keep the miles down (around 200 miles/year at most), yet I GET TO DRIVE IT! (I'm like a kid with a new toy each time I take it out).

Plus driving it insures everything still works (like the boost gauge! :) )
