Front license plate bracket that goes under the bumper

I am looking for front license plate bracket that goes under the bumper. I have a Flordia car that did not come with one. I don't want to drill holes in the bumper and I need a front plate for NY. I remember seeing one a long time again but I forgot.

I live in new york state and my car came from out of state. I do not have a front plate, and have never had a problem. How are the local police in your area?

I think Pontiac dealers can get them as they were availbale for all firebirds. I hope you can avoid it though if possible.

I think what you are looking for is another way of holding the plate to the car vs. the Pontiac stock way.
There were some people on thirdgen.org, that did some themselves.
You may have to use the serch over there.
I remember someone from SoCal doing it, Brett was his name.
