We're gunna need a little more detail. How did you get fuel in the oil? Changing the fuel pump doesn't require anything to do with oil and none of it is close to an area where there's oil.
If you did get gas in the oil, then you need to change your oil and filter. Gas is much thinner than oil and you'll risk spinning a bearing (new motor time then).

If your fuel press is back to 45 lbs then change the oil and filter and hope for the best, any damage done is done IMO. Best of luck.

So you hooked the feed from the pump to the return line that runs up the bottom of the car and vice versa? So you basically just over pressurized the system since there was no regulator on it then? Chances are all you did was flood it. I'd change the oil because the fuel will leak past the piston rings and get in the oil. Once you've done that, drive it and make sure it runs right. I'm not sure how injectors would react to that much pressure. Make sure you're scanning it and the car isn't running rich, under WOT O2s should be around 800.
If the car starts running rough at all, pull the plugs and look at them you might have fouled them. If that's the case go ahead and just replace them. If you haven't replaced your plugs in a while you might as well just do it now anyways (they're fairly cheap for a set).
How long did the car run for with it set up wrong? I highly doubt you did any real damage so nothing to worry about, chances are you should just need an oil change and some plugs.
