Gmc Syclone, PAS Next Project After The TTA

I got this little black truck last Dec. and all I can say is wow! I know a lot of development went into to this like the TTA and for you guys that have never rode in one, it is different than the TTA. The first to second gear shift is awesome quite a jolt, just another great product from PAS in GMs turbo history!:thumbup:

that's the cleanest syclone ive ever seen an it runs 10's and is very streetable!

Ive always wanted a syclone but im looking for a supra now

That Syclone has been repainted, especially the cladding, I dont think the cladding should be painted. That one don't even have a hood liner.Even the signal lights are not the correct color, they are meant to be amber not clear.

Very nice Mike, congrats on that truck. I always liked the Typhoon because of extra room, but loved the Syclone as well.

Not meet him in person but know of him.

Just a F.Y.I ... you know who was involved early days for the first prototype they built ... "our own" Bill Owen ... he told me last week they got a TTA engine into the first prototype and one of the Triad guys built the 4 diff etc needed to get it running ... of course with the lines being converted over to the 3800 in Flint they could not use that motor moving forward but the very first one did :cowboy:
 
I was at the track for quite a few of the prototype Syclone testing. The pre-production trucks used GN motors. They were in the 12's with ease at the time. By the time the trucks went into production the engines were gone. This is what the guys testing them told us at the time. One of the guys was named Kim. That's the only one I recall.
My buddy has still has one with some bolt on mods that goes 11.40's and 0 to 60 in 3,0.! 3.1 with me in the car too! Great truck and very streetable. When the Typhoons showed up one of our buddies bought one of each color to play with. They are really fun to drive. At the time I just was not impressed with the quality of the interiors. Even when they were new they just didn't feel like 30K.
