Installed new headliner and dash pad, finished a thorough spring cleaning so i decided to fire it up, 20 min later it's in the driveway purring like a kitten when the trans line blow's...amazing how fast it will dump 7 pints of fluid... so to the operating table it goes.
 
Yeah guy's @gal's i really like hard-tops but below is a few pics of something i haven't seen in a while, THE SUN!!!....:thumbup:
 
Those ramps are so good ... so did the transmission cooler lines split or what happened? If you need new ones (stainless or OEM material) Classic Tube have them (I got the stainless set on mine).
 
Yep, guard dogs; anyone trespass's will be licked to death, lol

Jan it has a spliced rubber line near the trans that blew, i will put a gas rated line back for now and later on replace it all.

Yeah they are worth there weigh in gold, as everyone know's these cars are a bitch to work on without some kind of lift, and if you are under one with nothing but a jack and it fall's you will be DRT ( dead right there )...:bleed:
 
robert...... love the progress on the car and the dogs look great but I looked a lil more and noticed the georgia pines behind it all.......love that area!!!!!!
 
Finally got around to the Fatmat sound deadener , hopefully the int. will be back in this w/e and i can take it for a spin for the FIRST time...:WOOT:
 
:thumbup:Looks good Robert I can see you overlapped the pieces ,came out really nice.Are you going to do the doors ,back of seats,the sides by the speakers ,etc.It seams that you got the new type,when I installed mine it had the face logo of the transformers and the name fat mat under the logo,another check of the list of to do things.:thumbup::thumbup:
 
Yeah taking into account the jute padding and the thickest of the carpet i don't think it will matter if you overlap it, i am going to do the hatch area but not sure about the doors. If you notice i didn't cover any wire's or cables as this stuff would be a mofo to remove...
 
Nice plate robert ... beats my new plate I just got for mine (we are limited and have to be creative with the standard number/letter combos on this side of the pond) ... I will post some pictures once I got the legal documents changed for mine in return.
 
And living close to Peachtree City it all makes sense with a Peach on there !

And my personal view: better than having a potato on the license plate (think Idaho) lol ... (no offence to any of you living there)
