That's Julios car at one of the Buick shows, the one where it was him and Joe in the final round in the Alky class I think.
 
Yep, it's Julio's car. He posted a thread about it over at TurboBuick.com. Initially, I don't think he was very happy about it since the pic was taken without his permission.

no I don't think he got a free shirt or anything. He was thinking about emailing the guy complaining and see about getting some sort of repayment for using his car but then he decided to just let it go. Really there's nothing he could do to make the guy give him anything since the guy has all the rights to the photo.
