Here is the passenger side..

And here is the drivers side..

On the drivers side that red stuff is the copper gasket that has apparently been blown through..How do you weld down in there???

Opinions please.

I think most of the welding on the collector is on the other end of the tube inside the collector. I'll look at my stuff later today. The crack on the flex part will be rough, good luck.

Finally had them welded and surfaced. The passenger side was off .048" which is quite a bit if you had seen it. Hopefully they will not leak anymore.

Anyway, a few pictures..in typical fashion I used the close up setting on the camera so they are blurry, but you get the point.

And when UPS loses them I'm screwed!

Nah, I really don't have time to get them coated. I am still looking for another set which will be coated, supported, EGT bung installed, and welded.
