Help- Cladding misaligned?

Can anyone advise me of how to repair this without doing any damage? The cladding just behind the front wheel and the door is not flush. I've tried pushing it but it doesn't move. Thanks!

Another victim of a jack put in the wrong place, you have to get under it and have a look-see, it usually happen's on the pass. side though.
