Hemmings feb. 2012 on page 14 is a story about a 68 grand prix at the pontiac national last july. Setting beside the grand prix is a TTA. Is it any one from this forum?

72firebird was there with his TTA. I dont remember seeing the 68 GP parked next to him though. He was parked with all the other trans ams and firebirds. I dont remember seeing any others, but I left earlier in the day on Sunday, so maybe someone else showed up. ??

Yeah I'm pretty sure I was the only one there last year with a TTA, but I don't ever remember parking with any GPs. Does it say that it was taken at the Pontiac Nationals? Outside of Friday each car bodystyle pretty much parks in their own section. Also, that show is always in August, so they may have been talking about a different show.

Now that you mention it, they had a "Pontiacs on Parade" section that I think was cars for sale. I did not see the TTA, but its possible it was there. I mostly hung out around the show car area.

Ah wait, yeah there was another one that was for sale. It was parked across from the Firehawks and was in pretty rough shape for the mileage it had from what I remember. I talked with the owner and gave him some pointers on what wasn't original, what it was worth, and what to do to help him sell it.
