Hid's and radar pics

Quiky One

Silver Member
I finally got some parts for the truck I have been wanting. I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado and installed HID's 35w 6000k in my low, high, and fog light spots. I also have it wired so all six come on when I hit my high beams. The 6000k with these ballasts are WHITE. No blue to them.

I also installed my Valentine one in a concealed way and hardwired it. Totally hidden from the cops and thieves

Only thing left is a GPS which I will buy in May.

Here are some pics.

Sure is. I've it and the passport side by side.

The V1 has the bogey and arrow counter which is AWESOME. Great service. Cheap to upgrade. Not sure what else to say. Gives about 2-2.5 miles of warning on the highway.

I definately agree with Jason. I have used Valentine exclusively for about 9 years. My brother and father also have them. They are mail order only and never go on sale. They've cost the same amount for the last 10 years. Damn, don't you hate when they KNOW they have the best.

They do have great customer service. Since they don't sell through retailers they keep all information on record. If you need parts or service (I think something happened to my bothers) you just give them your serial number off the bottom. They will check that against their data base and make sure they are working with the person who actually ordered it new.

Two thumbs up for Valentine!

Every person in my family has one and my dad has had his for 7 years. He just sent it in for an upgrade and they sent him an entire new one for $200.
