hood insulator

Any one know where I can get a stock hood insulator pad? Are they still available from GM? Also, is our stock turbo intake duct the same length as the GN one?

Any one have an answer on these? I don't have a GN Unfortunately, so I can't compare the turbo intake hose. I'm answering my own posts here. Any one? Any one? Bueller, Bueller!:whistle:Jim how about you?

The part number for the turbo intake hose is the same for both the GN (86-87) and the 89 TTA so based on that I say yes .. part number is 25525662 and is listed as "duct" air int/mass air flow sen to turbo adap group 3.417
