I Saw This TTA? For Sale On Craigslist

Make up your mind...was it 1555 or 1324?

"A total of 1550 TTAs were availble for public purchase. There were 1324 leather + t-top TTAs built."

I guess it might look better with the gold laced wheels, but everyone has always wondered what a black one would like like, so here it is I guess.

Lordy Lordy, "HP was underated so they didn't step on the Vette's toe's...:bash: little known fact, they didn't put CD players in TTA's because it would piss off the Vette brass...

It looks in pretty rough shape from the few pic's. The rims don't look right on it for sure...and I am not sure what they did with the decals on the door, but they just don't look right either.

Could be a clone-they should have showed the engine. Definately would run the VIN to make sure. There are a lot of posers out there.

This is my vision for Rayder/TTA#1040. Having to rebuild the engine slowed the process down a bit. These pictures are of the Black TTA "MULE". I would put the Sail, Turbo Fender, and Indy wings on mine too, not the door decals though. I already have the Black GNX type wheels on it. I'm not sure which rear emblem to use, black or the bright white one, I have both. Interestingly enough, TTA#613 came stock with the black rear emblem on it and I changed it out, that is who I have both now. Plus, I did some research on this and found out #613 was not the only one that had the black rear bird on it from the factory. Great GM quality control back then.

Yep we seen a large number of TTA's over the years with the regular GTA emblem on there (black and gold) ... some wiht the black and silver (T/A) emblem.

PAS put those emblems on the cars however many were stolen or went missing and we suspect the dealers just put a new GTA emblem on them and did not bother to order the correct one at the time ... even the festival cars that GM sold to employees had the original white rear bird emblem stolen from many of them ...

A black one looks so good however a pain to keep clean ;)

I am going to try the white first. There is white in the rest of the emblems and it will really make it pop on the back, but it may be too much. Only one way to find out..... can't wait...
