Yes you can.

Throw that chip out. Mid 90's era. Or keep it as a core.

If thats a Jim Testa chip is should be pretty good, I dont know if he still does chips but have run his stuff in several cars with good results. Jim helped me get consistant 10.7's with a best of 10.69 @ 125.8mph back around 2002-2004 when I was running 55# injectors and 3.08 gears

If your looking to upgrade I have to reccomend Turbotweak, I've been runing his chips scince I switched to 83# injectors and 3.42 gears and have been as fast as 10.504 @ 128.89 with a fairly conservative tune leaving some on the table.
