I installed the chip for a stock car and it didn't seem to run that strong as compared to my thrasher chip. I asked this question before and evryone said they needed data. So I got a scanmaster,fuel gauge,boost gauge and ran the car. The scanmaster said o2 at 777-781 retard at .5 then1.2 then 2.1 and did hit 4.2 one time. Boost at 14 psi which I thought was low. fuel pressure at 55-58 psi during full throttle. Any thoughts from eric or anyone else?

I'm certainly no expert yet, but your O2 numbers look low for 14 PSI and full throttle. I'd add fuel across the board first, like maybe 5.5%. Your retard numbers don't look too offensive either. I've experienced triple those numbers at the same O2 readings. You fuel pressure looks okay to me too.

What kind of turbo and exhaust are you running, what size injectors,what octane gas?

I'd much rather drive a slower car than a faster one that just blew a headgasket.
 
Try bumping your fuel reg up to 41-42 with hose off at idle. Then at WOT should be around 60 psi. O2's should look like 780s to 830's
 
Stock turbo, exaust, and stock pump, fuel pressure set at 43 with vacum off. 93 octane gas.

Is 14 psi of boost normal or should it be more?

What is stock?

I thought about taking out the cat converter. thinking it was old and clogged

Whats the voltage under load? is your fuel pump hot wired? get rid of the cat converter. whats the timing on the sticker of the chip. Have you changed the fuel filter?
 
oh and when you see knock get out of it. 1.2 is ok but dont let it keep happening..
 
Is the boost racing up to 14 and the abrubtly stopping at 14 like your wastegate just opened? Or is the boost fighting to make its way up to 14 then finally making 14 all it can muster? I was thinking that you low boost was due to the adjustment of your wastegate actuator but if that is the case you don't want more boost until your other issues are fixed.
 
14 lbs of boost....It shoots straight to 14 psi hold for a second drops 1-2 lbs then holds at 14

So what does that mean?

what reading on the scanmaster is voltage?
