I browsed that thread before I joined. never been a fan of spacers. i'll prolly just find a set of correct shoes and new soles. gonna be hard to leave this alone since I normally modify everything I own it seems :boxed:

I got a set of already-refinished stock wheels from the thirdgenranch. They are not always in-stock, but could be worth a look(?)

plan is to get it to run a 12.70-.80 and that is it. that will keep up with most of the newer factory hotrods.

he got to drive the car for the first time today. he drove it back to school for late baseball practice and all the track kids were walking out after their practice. even 25yrs later, it had kids drooling as he pulled up :cool1:
