:chair: :chair: :chair: :chair: :chair: :chair: Ordered some tires from tirerack.com and tracked them just now. Well they were delivered yesterday at 10:54 AM to my house...the only problem is there are no tires. Can UPS screw anything else up? This happened the last time I had something delivered.

Well...after 34 minutes on the phone with UPS they were delivered to a completely different address across town and someone signed for them..:furious: :wtf: :censor:

I really need these by friday or I can't dyno the car next week.

I won a set of 4 GSCs on ebay from a place in Canada.
They shipped all together, but two tires taped together, with 2 sets of two tires.
I got one set of two within a week.
I had to sign for recieving the whole set, even though I only got two of them.
I complained to UPS about it, and they acted like I recieved them all.
I even went down to the store here in my small towm, complaining.
After a week, they finally got the driver to admit that I only recieved 2 tires, not 4. I had written it on a paper that I gave him, which had the scan code on it.
One week after this, I finally got the other 2 tires. WTF?
Seems they placed the other 2 tires off to the side of the UPS transfer place.
Nice try on trying to get free tires, UPS!

:beach:

Haha...called back and they were delivered to a tire store on the outskirts of town??? They had the right address but they delivered to the wrong place?

Well, maybe they have sold them and I will get some real nice tires instead!!

I get UPS to my house all the time. We run 2 business's from the house and with all the crap I'm winning out from under George and Jan keeps him busy! :D Lucky never once did I have an issue. I know the recent driver so he will actually come in the house and put the stuff in the basement for me. FedEx is the same way. I've had a bunch of tires delivery from tirerack as I use them all the time. A friend of mine needed tires so I said send them to my house and they will be sure to get there. Well they were small for a VW and no one was home. The UPS guy didn't want to leave them in site so he stacked them in my trash can! It was empty at the time and I just bought the cans. I go to take some trash out open the can and I'm like WTF! 4 tires in the can wrapped in plastic. One thing that helps allot with UPS, FEDEx and the others is on a hot day when they show up I always give them a bottle of water or something. That will always make sure your packages show up! They won't forget your name and house that's for sure!

Hey,

I work for UPS. One of the great companies in the US, expanding worldwide quickly. We are over worked and over paid (lol). I have had the same problems with Fed-ex and DHL. I apologize and hope never make that mistake again.
* I have turned a handful of guys at work into TTA fans. One of my co-workers is actually looking for a low mileage CAR right now.
