Is Something Missing Here

I am pretty sure a 13mm nut with a washer built in is missing, looks like the bottom of the throttle cable and the tv cable bracket.

It would appear that the correct one is like the one below the red arrow.

Can you guys check to make sure I am right?

Yes, I think that might even be flange nut.

I imagine it would be hard to find that one in the parts store with the flange-washer. Might have to try and find a used one. I could use one with out the flange and put a washer on it until I find the correct one.

Or you could walk into probably any GM dealership and buy a correct black oxide flange nut out of the parts counter bin,that's how I got all of mine.....just sayin'

Oh yeah...it's a commonly used metric nut....to this day.

Also as shown in first pic, I really like the Russ Meritt type plug wires that are made by Shane in Tn. They are called "high boost wires".
