Hi Jan!
I hope all is well with you and your family and friends over there in London!
It sure hits home when you know people nearby!
I'm sure you don't take any buses or the subway, but still, not something anybody sane would want to happen to anybody!
Did if effect you or your work at all?
We aren't getting as much coverage as I'm sure you guys are, but our hopes and prayers go out to all of you over there!

Take care,

George

Yo George!

Jan is not able to speak for him self since he has been on a vacation in Sweden and have visit our house with a hard game of poolvooley and a nice BBQ.

Between.... the visit also included the annual visit to www.bigmet.com where the biggest car meet in the world is hold...... hope you know it now George?

Hi Uffe!
Long time no hear from!
Ya, I heard about the big meet! Hope you post some pics for us Americans can view!
I just didn't know when the meet was, and I haven't seen any postings by Jan. I'm glad all is well!
Hey, I got a pool out here is hot sunny Arizona now! Although it is more like a sauna! We got an inflatable pool, with a cover! The other night, we pulled off the cover, and the water temp was 108 degrees! The heat didn't go well with wine coolers! I guess we'll try margaritas will be next time!
Nice to hear from you again!

George

Yep Uffe is correct, I left (together with my son) the UK on the Thursday morning early and we heard on the news that same afternoon about the bombing ..... my wife and doughter was home and not in London thank god and none of our friends where there either but unfortunatly many lives were taken and a lot of seriously injurder people.

Uffe, thanks for a great BBQ and fun game in the pool ...

I'll post pics from Power Meet once I get back home as I'm in Germany this week working ...

Glad to see that you are O.K. Jan!
And your family and friends!
Hum, rain in the UK, what a surprise!
Jan, you need to come back out and visit us! It was 112 degrees yesterday! We are in a heat wave! We need some rain! Can you make it out this week?
I don't ever remember it being this bad last year!
Glad to see that you all had fun!
So, Germany huh? When is your next USA trip?
Uffe, why didn't you do the swap meet?
Ya, you are right about the pool temp! We haven't gone in for awhile because it's so hot! I can't wait for the 90s to come back here!

Have a good one guys,

George

If you sponsor my flight ticket I'll be there and bring some rain with me for you guys sounds like you need it :-) Or have you tried the famous rain dans lately ;)

Germany was good, nice food and beer as always also saw a 3rd gen camaro while on a train...

Yesterday I had a 1 1/2 haour photo shoot for a US car magazine here in the UK so I hope I will see a nice multipage article including front cover :-) later this year .... I'll get some extra copies for you guys!

Next trip to the US looks like September might do CA and a few more places at the same time, I'll keep you posted. What about SEMA this year, if you have the dates I can look at doing that one finaly!

Cheers !

Man,
I guess it never stops!
They sure are picking on you guys now!
Hope all is well with you over there!
Maybe it's time to think of moving here to the US!
Prices are still climbing over here for houses.
Give us a shout, so we know you are all O.K.!

George

Yep, this is getting a bit frustrating .... just got back in after washing the TTA and heard it all on the radio .... 1 bus, 3 tube stations where will it end luckaly it did not detornate properly so not like last weeks bombing ....

Sounds like the US is a bit safer for sure, still interested in some land over there ... might look into it next time I'm there...

Cheers

Jan

Great to hear Jan!
Tell me though, did you have to wash the 20th cause of the rain?
Do you work near any of the bombings? Hope not!

Talk with you later,

George

Plenty of sunshine here for a change, just dust on the car .... my son had a kind of mini prom at school so we picked up his date and dropped them off then picked them up again so of course he had to go in style :-)

I'm actually working form home so not near London (40 min west or so).
