image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg About a year ago I was driving on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn going to a client and I saw the car you see in the pictures. At that time it was not under a cover but the car was in pretty rough shape. I passed it again yesterday and when I went by again today to go back to the same client I said let me take some photos of the car it is covered but it is still pretty rough it is a shame the car was just sitting in a vacant lot not sure who owns the lot and did not see anyone there that I can ask about the car. I took the pics on my iPhone can somebody rotate these?
 
wow, looks like another one bites the dust! Wonder why they are holding onto it after it has sat there for over a year.

I agree. I never could understand why someone would let a car just rot away instead of just selling it. I did not see anyone that I could talk to about it. Since the person covered it maybe they got tired of people asking if it was for sale or the owner realized he should take a little better care of it. I am debating about going back over the weekend to see if I can find anybody who knows anything about the car maybe the owner might want to sell a few parts.
 
I bet the title isn't clean. Lots of those cars that sit for a long time outside are theft recovery, rebuilt, ect. type vehicles.
 
PM with your contact info. I have friends and clients with businesses on Atlantic Ave. I may just be able to at least get you to speak with someone/property owner.
 
I am not really interested in the car for myself. If someone on the forum wants more info I will try to help them out.
 
It's definitely a crime to let it sit like that. I am 90% sure that the owner will not resurrect it otherwise he wouldn't leave it like that, it's not even a basic car cover. They are really cheap and work for outdoor storage: Coverking® - Car Cover This way it wouldn't rust out and fade that fade.

Well I wouldn't be to sure that just because a guy let's his car sit outside uncovered won't or doesn't have plans to restore it. A buddy of mine has a true Chevelle convert big block car sitting outside that his going to restore someday. Some guys don't care if it sits outside. Personally it would drive me crazy
