I have some Fender emblems I got with one of the many TTA's I picked up over the years and I just found them again and figured I would see if anyone knows what they are and why they were made. They almost seem to be the same that Scott Kelly showed for the 1991 TTA's that were never produced. Let me know if you can tell me what they are. Thanks, Mike

Mike, I have several of those type Indy wing emblems. I think they are probably some sort of proto type, maybe for 1991.

Jan might know or I am sure he could find out.

I got my emblems from someone in Michigan , off e-bay.
 
The indy wings (soft rubbery material) were for the 1993 Camaro ..

BUT the Turbo fender emblems (also that rubbery material) where the prototype samples Scott mentioned for the 1991 model if that would have happened ... so rare rare and rare stuff there :-) Not sure how many were made but I remember the first pair that did surface years ago (from a former PAS employee) went for a couple of 100 $$$ at the time ....

Hang on to them is my advice ... or you might want to donate them to my UK collection lol.
 
I know the flat wings #10230113 are for the 93 Camaro or Corvette I am pretty sure, but the Turbo emblems were more of what I was wondering about and they look identical to the ones Scott posted on the PAS site. Kind of weird how I found a set with a car I purchased.

i remember back in the mid 90's or so if you ordered the Wing and Wheel emblem from classic ind. they sent you those cheap rubber camaro one's as correct for the TTA's.....this is of course before the new repop's hit the market.....i think the 94 Cobra Mustang used the rubber/plastic type as well????
 
I'll second or third on the winged tire emblems...93 Camaro I believe. I ordered some from Classic Industries as well back in the mid-90's. When they shipped me those I thought the GM boxes were empty they were so light!

The Mustang did indeed have the plastic (hard plastic fairly thick in silver not gold) winged tire emblems as well ... a few of us looked at that route at the time and I remember getting a pair that I later sold.
