The may issue has a bunch of the Indy Pace cars featured. There is a bit on the TTA, but I've not read anything yet. They have a feature on the 1994 Lightning Pace truck. I've never even heard of this one. Scanning the article seems they only made 10 of them. Wow!

There were GMC "Official Truck" at the '89 race...along with supporting festival cars including Bonnevilles & Sunbirds.

I've seen a few pace truck and some oddball cars just never new they made the Lightning. I always like the look of the 96 Dodge Ram pace truck. Not to many of the ppg Syclone pace trucks. They were pretty unique.
