Sitting here reading the brochure from 89 about the TTA,besides the transverse heads from the FWD cars,it says there is a cross drilled crank, diff pistons, and a roller cam?And it appears the driv side header is diff then the one on my GN?Can anyone verify that the cam is roller,if so this is great as to not worry about the absense of zinc now in the oil that would wipe out a flat tappet cam.
Thanks guys....

Sorry - no roller cam - you should use a zddp replacement. I think a roller was planned but the idea was scrapped due to cost issues.
The headers are different, and the crank is cross drilled. Pistons are different because the compression would have been too high with the FWD heads.

O.K,thanks, thats why I asked,it showed in the brochure to have a roller cam,and if so,no zddp additive, but yes, fully aware of the consequences if you don't add it to flat tappet cams/lifters.False advertisement !!!!!LOL
