Have you checked the regular problems like the MAF, coilpac, ign module, or the pos battery terminal grounding under the passenger side header?

yep, did all of those , but never heard about checking that ground. it all started after i was running it pretty hard, but the the o2's never fell under 700 so i hope a head gasket is out of the ? . on water in oil no heating problems. when i first start it , it will run fine for a few minutes , then up and down idel will almost die but saves it's self by ideling faster, when out driveing or when first taking off it gets a real bad hezatation, stumble ( kind of like a out a wak 4 bar. carb ) feather the gas and it will run like the wind like it should until i let off the gas, then it starts all over again.i
have visited the buick and gave all the scan master #'s they said they were ok, but that lead to changing all kinds of parts with the same problem still there... thanks

I had the same issue with 613 when I got it. I can't tell you exactly what the problem was, but the hesitation and bad idle was the issue. I changed to a walbro fuel pump and hot wire kit, fuel filter, 60lb injectors, new turbo tweak chip, cleaned the throttle, and re-adjusted the IAC. Again, not sure which one was the issue, but the car runs better then it did new now. Hope this steers you in the right direction.

Where is the thread you started on TB.COM with the S.M #'s ?

changed out , turbo , injectors , inter hoses , adj fuel reg , plus , wires , coil pack , maf , hot wire , chips , a few vac lines that's what i remeber now. sad thing is i got this car march of 05 with 52,478 org miles and today it has 53,077 and most of those came the first year. like i said it's a long shot posting here but i'm out of bullets, and just hopeing some one close by would see it and give a helping hand.. thanks

Need more info, mainly the fuel pump and filter status .alot of people on here smarter than me might ask the same, do you have a FP gauge? the big thing is how long ago did you make these repairs? what chip do you have? what injectors? all in all sounds like a fuel problem or the wrong chip or both

it's an after market fuel pump, unknown as it was in when i bought it. changed fuel filter, fuel psi. set at 40, turbo tweek chip tuned for the 42 lb inj., but it did this all before parts were changed. i think you could be right with a fuel prob. or a vac leak of sort. my biggest prob.is i love the bucket of bolts, but my health realy limits what i can do on it. thanks for your input.

First are you SURE you have a good FP gauge ? if so try turning it up to 45psi, if no change you can mount the gauge to the hood or zip-tie to the wiper blade and see if the FP rises with the boost, last thing do you have a cat?

yes matched my fuel preasure gauge with known working one. psi does go up with boost.. no cat.. if i remember right it seemed to idle a tad bit better at like 38 psi, but still ran the same.. how did my scan master #'s look to you ??

Nothing unusual with SM #'s, have you looked at spark plugs? bad or clogged injector? stock or aftermarket maf? i would start with the simple thing's (grounds ect..) also you said it started after a hard run, detail's? also just because something is new don't mean chit, part's with a lifetime warr. sometime's just means you will be changing them for the rest of your life till you get a good one...

changed plugs and wires, new 42 pound injectors after tring 3 delco maf's i went with an lt1 maf and transloter and even changed the lt1 maf again with one from the buick board as he said he knows this one works, i raced a guy and right after that it started running like this, but i now the o2's never went under 700 at that time i had stock injectors with a 93 chip with 93 and 110 octane mix to run about 100 octane or a bit highed.
what kills me is once she catches itself it runs great as long as you have the gas down let off and back to square one, it has to be a vac or gas prob. 1 guy said just change the plenum gasket, could it be an intake gasket ??
or even a head gasket.

You need to get a vac reading but the first thing i would have done was pull the TB and clean and replace all the gasket's (very cheap to do) usually when you have a vac leak the BLM's will be way high (140-150)
