Need help with identifying a electrical connector

Just inherited a 89 tta and am going threw all the problems. Ran across a electrical connector that has me stumped. Can anyone share some knowledge?

Hard to tell from the pic but it looks like the tach pigtail...

Thanks for the quick response Robert. I'm headed to the car know and will take some better picks. Has two green wires and one black on the side thats not visible. Thanks again Robert.

It did when the fuel pump went out 16 years ago. Been in my mom's garage ever since. Just having to change out all the bad before cranking it over.
