Need part number for fuel gas tank sending unit

My gas gauge is off and I need a new fuel sending unit that goes in the gas tank.
Does anyone have the GM part number for it ?
Second question, is this unit unique to the TTA only ?
Thanks

what do you mean by off? The style in the TTA is anything but accurate. I think I can make mine swing close to 1/2 a tank during WOT when it has around about 3/4 tank in it. To be honest, just fill it up about every 125 miles if you're driving it in town then you won't have to worry about starving your fuel pump and you also don't have to worry about the 9+ hours of destroying your back in order to pull the tank to replace the sending unit. So basically, unless you have the stock pump and you're changing that at the same time, learn to fill up more often to protect yourself and tell the wife not to worry about it when it's showing empty and you got another 50 miles to go.

What happened was Walbro failed. My mechanic (friend) dropped the tank, installed a new Walbro and put the tank back in.
Before dropping the tank, it always read correctly.
After replacing the tank, we filled it up and it read 1/4 full, he tapped the tank and it went to 3/4 and wont go higher than that even when I top it off.
He said that if I get a new fuel sending unit, he will drop the tank again and install it.
I know its not a big deal if it doesnt go to full and only reads 3/4, but it bothers me and thats why I need to find the part number for the sending unit.
