I'm down to only one TTA, well #124 is still in my garage but I took payment on it Monday and just waiting for the new owner to arrange shipping.

What a ride it's been, for the last 11 years I've been 100% TTA owning numbers 124, 850, 861, 884, and 1461 and of course my red 89 GTA thats been TTA powered since late 2001. I've driven cross country twice in TTA's both of them hardtops, took 124 on the 2009 Hot Rod Power Tour, had 850 featured in a GMHTP Supercar Shootout and my GTA had it's own feature in GMHTP. I'm going to keep #884 and my GTA though there is an LS1 in store for at least one of them lol, but thats down the road. I'm going to continue lurking around here and Turbobuick.com but definatly be less active, at least in the technical department.

Anyway I just wanted to publicly thank everyone that I've met and has helped me from the begining, many of whom are no longer involved with TTA's. Even though I havent seen eye to eye with many people around here, all you guys and gals in the TTA family are a great group to associate with and I'm proud to be and have been a part of it :cheers:

And to think, I was sooooo close to seeing your collection and I never did. Just think about how few owners have even seen a hardtop before, yet every combination of options in the same place at the same time!

Don't write yourself off the forum just yet. Here I am almost 5 years from when I sold my car and still lingering around. Heck, I might even make it out to some reunion next year I heard thru the grapvine. Hope to see you out there too, if not sooner. My schedule has been West Coast heavy for the past few months.

Thanks Steve for acknowledging the "gals" in your post. Yes, there are some women that do like hot cars, etc, although we are the minority. It was a pleasure talking to you this past summer. Although, I didnt buy any of your cars that you had for sale, we did have some nice conversation. Good luck with your new endeavors.

had a rare f body since 99 but its not a drag car but 1 of my tta's i beAT like A slave thow the other is all stock
 
With the time and effort spent bringing the 4 TTAs together under the same roof it's sad to see the 4 broken up ... would have been great to see them in the flesh but hope you got some good photos you can share with all of us Steve.

And do hang out here and contribute like you always done, great team spirit from your side over the years and always happy to help and share with the rest of us!

yes jan im sure it took alot of money also ..... all of steves cars were nice too... Hope you well with LSX's merry christmas an happy holidays

kymmee it was nice talking with you and I'm glad you found the car you were looking for. It is nice to see women not only into cars but into Pontiacs (My daughter just turned 5 and she has been bugging me to look for a blue Trans Am for when she gets old enough :) )

George I will make it out to you again, I want to make another cross country trip in the worst way maybe in a 4th gen or a Corvette if I have one by then (thats looking like my next purchase). I had a great time and thank you again for having me in your home. Maybe one year at the T/A Nats? When I went in 2009 I ran into the guy I bought #884 from, nice guy gave me a bunch of info about the area and Tipp City. We're gonna try to make it out this year with the '02 WS6 depending on the racing schedule.

Jan thank you for all your time and effort in documenting these cars, there is alot more knowledge out there about these cars thanks to you. Now if only some people would stop being greedy and share what they know we would have even more but thats another story lol

I'm sorry I never got a picture of all 4 together, I have pics of three together and several combinations of two together including both hardtops but never all 4 :(

I was looking for an 01-02 Firehawk when I found my WS6 but couldnt find one I wanted in sunset orange. I'd like a maple red one too but they only made 4 and only in 2002. Those LT4 Hawks are cool and rare but I'm not into that motor, I've got one LT motor in my Impala SS I dont need any more lol

Next car I think will be an LSX Corvette of some sort, but for now I gotta deal with all this damn snow :mad:
