I dont see anyone giving 30k for that car. Someone who has the 30k cash would be better off buying a real nice super low mile regular GN. That would be a turn key car.

Unless you are a GNX die hard maybe. Only the serious Buick people are gonna know the difference between a GN and a GNX. Just like the general public doesnt know crap about the TTA, let alone that the cloth hardtop is more collectible than the T Top leather version.
 
Lou is right about one thing, someone will buy it ( i said that eariler in this thread) what we are talking about here is what it's worth, imo it's still a 10k car no matter what someone pay's for it, one's IQ doesn't rise with the amount of money you have...:whistle:

I've been buying and selling cars for a long time. One guy who sold alot of cars and made ridiculous money told me "there a ass for every seat". I'll wake you when it sells
 
This is the one that was wrecked long ago and kinda disappeared....sorry about pics all I could find
If I remember correctly the car was rebodied and there was a big problem on turbo buick with that...

Good Lord! I hope that VIN Tag never got back out in the public. Some people will do anything to make a buck though, so I wouldn't put it past anyone to do that.
 
I'd really be checking GNX registry and doing my homework on this one if I was going to purchase it to fix and sell or keep...

Forget what the guy is asking and keep your eye on where it's been, other states and that salvage title it might have had can be washed away. Then the car would only be worth say a Hi mile GN...like $3500-$4500

And if its a real gnx with the miles it will always just be a driver...neat driver though. My everyday car is a GNX

I don't think it's worth 30K but it should fetch higher then 3500-4500. It is a GNX, and if someone threw a boatload of cash at it, it would definitely be worth something. It will never be worth what an all original, unmolested GNX is worth, but it is a sought after car.

An aftermarket company that made sunroofs threw a bunch of parts at a GN, made it a limited edition and the rest is history.

The company - ASC made suspension changes to the rear, changed the rims, put fender flares on it, added a better exhaust, a better turbo, and gauges.

Ah that's cool! So they took basically the fastest car on the road, and did some performance and styling tweaks to boot! Now I know. :thumbup:
