Stay thirsty my friends
I can't seem to get an answer anywhere so I'll try with some of you seasoned racers.
My question is this, what is accepted and NOT accepted in the way of a fire extinguisher in order to race at an NHRA track?
NHRA rules only mention minumum 5 lb "systems" and I don't know if that means a simple extinguisher or an on board, plumbed, fire supression system.
I mean, can a simple 2.5 lb "clean agent" extinguisher pass a NHRA tech inspection? or does it have to be a 5 lb bottle with typical "caustic agent".
anyone??DontKnow:
