Oil and oil filter?

What is the right oil and oil filter I shoud use on my Turbo? Should I use regular oil or synthetic?

I change oil so frequently that I just run conventional 10/30 in any name brand along with GM's E.O.S. (engine oil supplement).

I use NAPA 1086 filters exclusively...

Change it often and pick whatever you like. I do like to add a bottle of STP RED 4 cyl to the mix to give it those extra goodies any oil is missing. I change mine as soon as it changes from clear. Oil filter I like the best is Mobil One. Part number M1-302

I've used both royal purple and mobil one. I've used the Napa filter a few years ago but I'm now using the KandN oil filter. I change the oil once a year which is about 200 miles.
