oil in throttle body

yup bad turbo sounds like. Or going bad at least. Your intercooler is most likely filled with oil as well! Take the turbo off send it out to Limit Engineering or order the kit and rebuild the turbo your self if your daring. :) But pull the intercooler and flush it out with some gas.

Don't replace the turbo yet. Just because your car doesn't start doesn't mean you need a new motor....

RJC PCV $24.00

This is an industrial Viton sealed check valve that will not leak under boost and should last forever. Unlike stock steel PCV valves that leak under boost this Billet brass valve features Viton positive action seals that do not leak under boosted conditions. When the stock PCV leaks it causes pressure to build in the crank case causing oil leaks everywhere. This simply replaces your stock PCV for a trouble, maintenance free PCV. On the shelf now.

Also, tell us more about the car. Miles, mods, power, how you drive it, ect.

If it sat for 10 years then I bet you have a lot of air leaks.

Start by replacing all of the rubber engine bay hoses, checking the sensor settings, and doing a general spring cleaning.

Your build number is in the mid to high 600's; my guess is #669.
