Owners kit on E-bay

The owner's kit is extremely over priced. I am sure someone bid that kit up. Love have one but for that price, well, that is a lot of "go fast parts".
 
I know it's crazy, but it's a must have for a purist. The guy I bought the car from held this kit back and I asked about it and he told me they were bringing $500-$750 on e-bay and that is what I could buy it for.

We settled on $350:yes: which I still think was too much. I mean it's as much a part of the car's heritage as the turbo itself.
 
Believe it or not, I know of one that sold for $1200.00!
Those prices just keep going up in value.
Hey, I don't think a battery electric car should go for so much, after all, they were for sale for 100 bucks brand new.
If these prices keep going up, the big cars will not be far behind.

That kit also has the Turbo emblems which adds some value to it, most of the kits I see don't come with the emblems. PS When I sell my car the owners kit won't go with it either, just a little more profit to make off the car unless the new owner wants to buy it from me.
 
I can't believe it!!! I just gave mine away!!! I did it twice! I had no idea these things were worth a grand. I lost 2 grand!!!!
