I doubt he will be posting for awhile, but I thought everyone would like to know that Rich has lost his mother due to heart disease earlier this evening. Rich is a great guy and friend and I can only imagine how tough a time it is for he and his family.

Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers. Times like this make you appreciate the time with your family.

We are a close knit community and I don't think he would mind you all knowing.

She just turned 73 and My Mom had the mind of a 50 yr old but trapped in the body of 100 yr old. She had congestive heart failure, which puts you on a roller coaster poor health. Our trips to the ER became closer and closer together over the last year till there were gaps of reasonable health no more.

I am greatful to have had the honor of taking care of her in her last year and more greatful to have been with her in her final moment.

Whenever my final breaths come, I'm sure I will speak her name...

My condolences.

I am sure she was glad that you were there taking care of her. She was lucky to have a child who cared enough.
