How many numbered TTA's are there, 1550 or 1555? In other words, are the pilot cars numbered?

Jan Larsson said:Actually none of the cars are numbered
There's 1550 1G5 cars where 1G2 cars then later changed by GM to 1G5 cars ... only he VIN plate in the Window been changed on those 5 cars all other VIN stickers (doors, fenders, bumpers etc) still have the original 1G2.
The official production run was 1550 thats why I stick to mine being 1078 of 1550 ....

In other words, IF those first 5 cars were "numbered", your car would really be 1083........ya know??
I think I said that right.![]()

Jan Larsson said:Agree, so even if our cars would have been numbered from the factory the 5 pre production would not have been numbered because they were pre production / pilots and only the production run would have been numbered. So my car is still 1078 of 1550(at least in my eyes)
