A couple years ago, several of us ordered the 10 piece emblem set from them and had no problems.(that I know of). Here is the link to the thread.

Well ordered a nose emblem that they said they had. Got a email that said they were actually out but were getting more. I attempted to contact the phone number in Nevada and it was an answering service. Seems that there isn't anyone you can actually talk to, great customer service. Kept sending emails then finally a response telling me to correspond to a different email. Got my cc refunded finally and will no longer do business with these clowns. Im willing to pay more for the same thing with someone who actually knows the diffinition or can say in English "customer service"!

I had ordered a nose emblem a few months back as well as the rear tail light emblem. He emailed after ordering saying he would check on the availability of the nose.... Few days later i get an invoice with only the tail emblem. I asked about the nose several times and never heard back. I did receive the tail emblem a week or so later and was only billed for the tail, but he does have some communications issues.
Amen to that! Now I ordered a emblem set from carmotorsports, liked all them but the nose it was flat. Would sit right. I called them and spoke with someone in person. I was refunded promptly. That is customer service. I then was able to use the one they sent as a prototype and learned if u cut the 3M tape out of the center approx 1", then use ur dremmel and sand a valley down that middle it will work and look good.
Hi Chad.. good to make contact after all & thanks for the kind words.. but they are a bit.. well .. needing clarifying.. saying it politely.
AS OTHER MEMBERS HERE KNOW - we make a lot of F body parts now.. but in this case.. have been discontinuing the limited edition TTA kits.. mainly DUE to the one issue.. . with the viability of continuing to put real good money into the TTA series.. (Which I also own).. the problems of curve does not occur on our emblems.. but but our last remake / retool.. had the pins.. about 10mm or 3/16 inch too low.. and not detected till after production was out there.... As I already had destroyed some that I did not like (see earlier posted photo evidence of this on TTA.com) these last lot are excellent in every other way... the right curve etc.. but I was more pissed then you about the pin location.. and since maybe only 10-15 a year were now selling.. not helped by some unauthorized fake copies on the market.. its pointless putting another US$6,000 or so into it to help people.. not at $59 each eh...!. Hence the kits we offered here first & were infact snapped up by various members here roughly 12 months back. You can carefully remove the pin... and had some like that.. as some have now. .without it.. just the tape.. actually makes more sense since badge thieves destroy more then the emblem when attempting and determined to steal your front emblem...
But to back up my correspondence with you.. as shown in the link below..a copy of the contact.. which shows my attempts to maintain contact with you.. from Wednesday 23 Oct till 26 Oct ...when of my own doing.. I refunded you on my own accord as I could not reach you.. could not get a reply.. so as far as the "Got my cc refunded finally".. that inference does not really stand does it.....!. be it others who supply specialized parts or just normal stuff.. good suppliers don't need your money that much.. well I don't anyway.. not to bend anybody over .. your a long time dead Chad.. live clean as best you can... the end result is if someones not 100% happy .. especially with the scams & attempts to get things for nothing.. ..ie. "NOT AS DESCRIBED" by paypal.. its very risky for any supplier to have stuff out there if its a product not 100% .. and even then as others here know & have.. you stand to get ripped.. .
We DO have a few of the emblems ready for supply .. but before I supplied... you just needed to know about the pin.. that's all.. and you would have been happy..
As shown in the link... it was all done and finished inside 3 days.. till we could make contact and supply you as informed.
Incidently .. I don't live in NV or the office these days thankfully.... so email ([email protected]) ..and you'll be replied to daily.. Like many now email is a good permanent convenient record of contact too.. or email & I"ll give you my cell # where ever I am.

Now your got your rocks off..and got another emblem - for nothing from what your saying... from the other good folk too.. it's the very examples of WHY I wanted to contact you.....think about why I'm careful enough to want to explain the detail of the pin on the remaining emblems BEFORE supplying it. And please desist with the personal email abuse.. not helpful to other good folk or people willing to invest and help the TTA community.

Dave, I have always enjoyed your fine products and well as great service. Have used emblems as well as pwr window switches, all are great. I know your have designed and built you products as if they were going on your own car. Keep up the good work!

Thank you Mike.. sometimes one or two instances will make a person want to give up....
Currently .. we have a few things of interest to 89 TTA owners.. .. and 3rd gen owners..
We have released the 82-92F body GM Pillar moldings for T-Top cars.. and quietly they are now at selected resellers now... Costing around $140 pr ..
Another part just coming through R&D is the carpet edge sill molds for 85+ F bodies.. including the colors of black, gray, blue and the beechwood for the 89 TTA/GTA series. Cost wise around $120 pr and due in maybe early Feb.. or when everything is perfect.
Also doing the lower housing for the V8 TPI.. now disco'd.
There is another 3-4 things on the go for 3rd gens but being primarily a one man band .. need to breath a bit too..
Anyway .. enough said.. don't want to turn this into a commercial etc..
