I ordered a Racetronix FRPK-011 kit and got NO INSTALLATION instructions.
Racetronix is NO HELP either
Can someone help me please?
Thanks

I believe you run the long red power wire from the alternator + to the back of the car and gas tank. Then there should be (2) three prong harness that plugs into the fuel pump harness located I front of the gas tank on he floor pan kinda on the underside of the hump. That's it it think. I can't remember much else. Oh and there should be a silver ground strap that goes from the tank to the frame.

Thanks Mike....saw that and it doesnt give much detail or directions on the install
Racetronix is being a PITA and not helping any at all.
Pretty sure I will never give them a positive opinion to anyone.

Next time please read your sales order, packing slip and sales invoice for support information.
The info is there to help YOU!
Thanks!

I DID read it and all I am asking for is the instructions.
SO tired of the endless emails from Racetronix telling me to go to different links to get the info I NEED.
Telling me I HAVE to register on your forum and not just emailing the instructions is just a big run around.
I CANNON even log into your site to TRY and find the damn stickies.
JUST POST OR EMAIL ME THE INSTRUCTIONS
not too much to ask after I have paid for the kit.

WOW, nice response by a company. It would have been nice for someone over at Racetronix to just email the information to you to support their product instead of sending you all over their website to find it. There are way too many companies that send links to things instead of just sending the information directly to a person.

How is it that you were able to login and post on the Racetronix F7 forum section (11/06/12) asking for instructions but yet the info you required was RIGHT ABOVE the thread you posted.
FYI This site runs on vBulletin just like ours.

We do not provide support via e-mail or phone. Forum only!
If you require support via these methods purchase through a dealer!
If this is not to your satisfaction you are welcome to return the product in its unused/new state by requesting a return goods authorization.

I WAS able to log on ONCE and not again.
I can log on turbobuick and this site with NO problems.
Why the hell is Racetronix so damn hard to deal with???? All I needed was a little help and I STILL keep getting the run around (log into our forum to get the answer you want)???:dumb:
And if I had a local dealer I sure would have gone through them .
I HOPE the product is better then customer service.
I will NEVER promote Racetronix and I WILL let people know your customer service SUCKS.
And if I want to return the product I will have to request an authorization???? more run-around sh*t to deal with.:dumb:

You would think so wouldn't you Mike. But you can read the responses I keep getting.

Yep...same thing I got Jim
Was told I needed to register to be on their forum.
Why should I be REQUIRED to register when I PAID for the kit and just wanted info???

site works again, just tried ...

however after trying 4 times to register on the forum and getting the message "Invalid Referrer Specified" I gave up .....

I gave up on their forum and also ON RACETRONIX
Great products and my car runs awesome with the new kit installed but they are COMPLETELY WORTHLESS with customer service
