How does registering any car here benefit the current owner for everyone to see? Seems as the years past the info is used against the car or owner. I see too many post of gossip girls bickering between history of cars and what might be wrong with the cars.
I dont believe any of this info should be out in the open for just anyone to see. It doesnt need to be public info. Let the SERIOUS buyers figure out what the history of the car is via carfax or whatever other means necessary. Seems to be IMO a fallacy world now, with girls gossiping whenever a TTA comes up for sale.... It really reflects the boards negative side of things.

Info is used against them ? What am i missing here ? Also are you saying that everybody on here is a gossiping girl but you or would you like to put a name on those arrows before you shoot ?

Some people like researching and debating the history. Others like to talk about the performance and go fast parts. Some like the collectables... And this list goes on.

Everyone that posts on this forum is pretty much on the same page. I dont recall bickering or "girl gossip"(not offended BTW) with someone being a target. Are you having a problem with someone making insults about your car?

I agree with TTA976 that different members are into different things with their car(s)-racing, showing, collecting, etc, but we all seem to co-exist.

This is probably the most friendly forum that I am on, I am a member and post on 4 or 5 others.

The goal here of this forum (someone correct me if I'm wrong) is to preserve the heritage and history of the TTA, with info sharing and contributions.

The registry IMO is not going to reveal anything harmful and, you know, its optional to put your info on there.
 
If I go to a restaurant and don't like the food or the service or both guess what.........I don't go back. Hint hint
